Our Classes

Set in a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere, classes are intentionally limited to six participants allowing for an elevated and personalized experience. Classes are designed for participants at all levels.

Enjoy moving through a series of poses at a slower pace to strengthen muscles and release tension. Focus on breath and body moving together to ground and energize.

Tone and lengthen your muscles while moving through a flow series. Focus on breath and intentional body movement to find balance and strength.

Strengthen and tone targeted muscle groups. Movements will be efficient and precise for optimal impact. Feel longer and leaner after intensely working your core and other key muscles.

Stretch and restore tired, sore muscles while bringing awareness to your breath. Focus on calming the mind and body through intentional breathing and long deep stretches. This class will help to reduce stress and release tension.
